How to make a withdrawal
Here is a list of steps you should be aware of in order to make a withdrawal after meeting all the wagering requirements. Only by following these, you can release the welcome bonus (if you accepted one) or simply withdraw your funds:

- Click on the “My Account” button
- Then click on “Withdraw”
- Enter the amount of money needed to be withdrawn
When a withdrawal shows as “pending” that means that it was requested. You can check the withdrawal status in the History section of your account. There are various messages displayed and they mean the following:
- Pending = the withdrawal has not been released yet from the Jackpotjoy system
- Processed = the withdrawal has been approved by Jackpotjoy, and went through to the banking account (this action applies to Visa Debit holders only)
- Success = the provider has received the funds and they should be available on the players’ card depending on the timescale set by the payment method
- Cancelled = the withdrawal got cancelled, the funds have been sent back to the Jackpotjoy user account
- Failed = the withdrawal failed to be processed
If you have registered incorrect banking details, you can cancel the withdrawal by signing in into your account, going to “Transaction History” and “Deposit and Withdrawal History”. Depending on when you do this, you might be able to cancel it in time. If the withdrawal request was made a few days ago, it is very unlikely that you’ll still be able to annul it.

Jackpotjoy usually processes withdrawals within 4 hours, but it can take longer to be cleared out of the system. After this time, it depends on the selected payment method how long it takes to reach you. All withdrawals made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will take longer as they’re not considered working days.

How does the account verification process work?
To verify an account, Jackpotjoy users need to know that the operator uses various digital databases that help confirm the registration page by checking the member’s name, date of birth and address. All players who aren’t able to confirm their details will have the account restricted until a confirmation takes place.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes. A withdrawal request cancellation can be done only while this action is still showing as “Pending” in the Jackpotjoy system. If the page shows “Pending Withdrawal: False”, the funds have already been sent from the system and it’s too late to cancel the process.
